IMMIGRATION: International attorneys do a brilliant job of handling the legal concerns of immigrants but often do not have the time or knowledge base to prepare these newcomers to comfortably assimilate into our society and become productive, contributing members. Our extensive and intimate experience with many aspects of international business and relocation qualifies us to provide that service.
INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION: A country's education system is a major consideration for us as one of the main factors influencing an employee's beliefs, values and behaviors. We recognize that current and future members of the international workforce are all products of some education system, and that both the content and process of that systen shape the behaviors and skills these employees possess. We position ourselves right in their environment so we can hear and learn from international students: their goals and plans for their professional future, the dfferences between the curriculum they are accustomed to and the curriculum they encounter in their host country, and how they believe an education abroad will help them.
E-LEARNING: We have designed and offer to traditional academic institutions a course called "International Business & Culture" for graduate-level students. This course is delivered in both on-campus and on-line formats. MEETING / EVENT PLANNING: As companies and associations have "gone global" the meeting industry is constantly in need of value-added information and activities, addressing everything from country-specific behavior to international interactions, that will enhance the effectiveness of these international encounters. With the client's needs in mind, we custom-design activities to meet these needs - whether they be experiential learning exercises, motivational games or activities designed to enhance intercultural awareness, sensitivity and effectiveness.
